Nina joined the Taplow team in Oslo, March 2015.
From 2011, she worked professionally with headhunting and recruiting primarily within retail and FMCG. Making great results through research, in 2012, she was given the responsibility as Research Manager.
December 2013, she achieved the DNV-GL Business Assurance Certificate as a recruiter.
Before she became headhunter, Nina worked with one of the leading manufacturers of high-end furniture in Norway.
She worked with sales and marketing and played a central role in developing the a chain of interior decoration shops during the 1990s.
She held the position of Chain Manager for many years and for the last 5 years, she was Marketing Manager
From 2008, she worked as a consultant within business development, retail, sales and service.
During this period, she spent a year in Italy, learning Italian and working with wine import.
She also took on the task of managing a restaurant for 1 year, aiming to learn the business.
Nina studied pedagogy and domestic science and holds a BSc.
In 2007, she graduated from the Female Future program.
Since 2013, she has been Project Manager of Norways National Board Member conference
